Diseases of the Colon and Rectum

Patient’s Story From RateMDs

As a nurse and a patient's wife I have watched this man work. He is completely knowledgeable in his field. His bedside manner is frank and caring. He does not mince words but delivers bad news in a caring way. He is very aware of the devastating diagnosis. He sometimes has to deliver and listens to the concerns of patients and family with great care and compassion. He called my husband the night before his surgery to tell him his surgical plan... His surgical skill was evident in the way it was done and also the way he healed. I appreciated the fact that he always asked if there were any other concerns before he left the patient.
